Manager Client Servicing
- Responsible for leading and mentoring a team and providing guidance and feedback on their work.
- Understanding client’s requirements and delivering accordingly
- Coordinating between client and the operations team
- Vendor coordination & management
- Looking after end to end execution of BTL campaigns
- Quick decision making and providing quick fix solutions to problems
- Preparing regular reports and sharing with client
- Reaching out to new and existing client and maintain good relationships with them.
- Works collaboratively to determine vision and execution plan.
Requirement:
- Good Communication skills.
- Sound Coordination and presentation skills
- Team Handling Experience.
