Manager Client Servicing

• Responsible for leading and mentoring a team and providing guidance and feedback on their work.
• Understanding client’s requirements and delivering accordingly
• Coordinating between client and the operations team
• Vendor coordination & management
• Looking after end to end execution of BTL campaigns
• Quick decision making and providing quick fix solutions to problems
• Preparing regular reports and sharing with client
• Reaching out to new and existing client and maintain good relationships with them.
• Works collaboratively to determine vision and execution plan.
