Business Development

  1. Research and identify potential clients in need of BTL marketing solutions
  2. Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to find new business opportunities.
  3. Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to represent the agency and promote its BTL services.
  4. Engage with potential clients to understand their marketing needs and offer BTL solutions.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Operations, etc.) to ensure that proposals align with the agency’s capabilities.
  6. Coordinate with the client and internal teams to oversee the execution of events, promotions, activations, and other BTL campaigns.
  7. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the deal
  8. Deep understanding about the BTL activities.
  9. Responsible to maximize revenue and profitability
  10. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

Salary– As per the industry standard

Location-Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi.

Qualification- Masters-Any Field

Requisites:

  • BTL agency experience is mandatory.
  • Should have In-depth understanding of BTL activities/campaign
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, pitch ideas, close deals, and drive business growth.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while maintaining a positive client relationship.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client presentations, proposals, and internal collaboration.
